Project:
Jumpin' Jive Club is a small instructional following of local swing dancers. Once a part of the swing scene ourselves, we wanted to contribute something to the cause. As an additional service, a new identity was also developed for the Jumpin' Jive Club

Requirements for the new website:

  • Provide detailed information about Jumpin' Jive club to site visitors.
  • Provide contact information to the public quickly and easily.
  • Provide a site that offers a rapid download
  • Provide information in a clean and easy to navigate web site.
  • Provide the above items in an aesthetically pleasing format.

Goals:
Synapse Designs, Inc® contacted the Jumpin' Jive club about updating their current web site because as users of the site we felt that it was not easy to navigate nor did it present a clean elegant image which accurately portrayed the groups interests. One site design was developed by Synapse Designs, Inc.® which met the aesthetics views of the club organizers as well as with the visitors to the website.

Solutions:
The new Jumpin' Jive club website now offers its visitors a consistent aesthetic look and feel allowing visitors to rapidly assimilate the navigation and thereby find the information they seek in a timely manor. The site has also been designed with the same strict focus on download speeds that is applied to all sites developed by Synapse Designs, Inc®. Furthermore, by allowing the Jumpin' Jive club to manage the site themselves it offer them the ability to keep the content fresh without focusing on un-needed expenditure.

New site features:

  • Dynamic gallery making the addition of new images a simple task.
  • Templated site makes in house updates a snap.
